Dr. Fuchs took care of my torn meniscus and attended to arthritis I had in my knee and I’m healing as planned. He sees the big picture and is honest with what needs to be done. He also replaced my daughter’s ACL and it’s still strong! Dr. Fuchs assistant is kind and sweet too!
Outstanding team. Very knowledgeable and dedicated… start to finish. Highly recommended.!
Dr Fuchs was personable, informative, and patient. Options were discussed and next steps clarified. Dr. Fuchs ensured that I knew I could follow-up as needed.
Dr. Fuchs was great at explaining the procedure and what to expect post-op. I had a wonderful recovery and explanation of post-op care.
My motion was full extension to 120 degrees at 5 days postop! Never used any narcotics. I had my first postop visit with Dr Fuchs and doing excellent. On my way to a full recovery.
Dr Fuchs is great. He is very personable and friendly but honest and direct in ⁰explaining concerns. He came highly recommended, I understand why. He did hip joint replacement. Mine was in very bad condition and surgery was anything but routine. He followed my recovery like a "mother hen does her chicks". I just saw him for my 3 yr follow-up. He was great, remembered my spouse and asked about her and how we were doing. Like we were old family friends. My bet is he is like this with all his patients.😀 His staff is caring, friendly and efficient. Always just a phone call away.
I am a 75 year-old woman five weeks out of TKR. Dr. Fuchs and his staff have been remarkable. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure I followed all of the recommendations and was walking without a walker three weeks after surgery. I would definitely recommend him, and will be using him for my other knee in the future. His knowledge and expertise was evident on my first visit. Scaring is less than I had anticipated. Very happy with results.
I took my post surgery (knee replacement) and rehab seriously. The first 14 days were a struggle to manage the pain. At week 3, I was going up and down stairs. Now doing bike and elliptical in the gym. Yes, I still have pain issues at night. Dr Fuchs says to take it easy and build back the muscle in my leg. Squats are helpful. Challenge accepted. My range of motion flex is at 128 after 6 weeks.
Ok this has been a real journey for me. At 67 years old, Dr Fuchs performed a knee replacement. I am now 6 weeks post surgery and slowly back to the gym. He was responsive to my pain and I am only using medication at night to sleep. He did listen to me about pain management.
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Fuchs and my total experience with my total right knee replacement. It has all gone as well as such a procedure could go. I have total faith in Dr. Fuchs and the entire staff. Would I return to him in the future if I needed another similar operation. Definitely a yes! The follow-up has also been tremendous.
